岗位职责 Job Responsibility : 1.负责车灯新产品的法规校核，外观、工艺、结构等方面的设计和制作；
Responsible for the regulation verification，design of the appearance, process, structure of the new project; 2.负责协调光学、电子、CAE 及生产部门确认方案可行性及成本优化；
Responsible for coordinating the optical, electronic, CAE and production departments to confirm the feasibility and cost optimization of the design; 3.参与车灯设计方案的评审，负责问题整改；
jion in the review of design scheme and take charge of problem optimization; 4.编制 DFMEA、BOM、过程流程图、产品和过程特殊特性清单等 APQP 文件；
Prepare APQP documents such as DFMEA, BOM, process flow chart, CCSC; 5.对产品持续优化整改,通过改进设计方案、改进材料、增加零件的通用性控制成本；
Continuously optimize the products, and control the cost by improving the design , improving materials and increasing the standard parts.
任职资格 Qualification: 1.本科以上学历，机械设计、模具、材料相关专业，7 年以上工作经验；
Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical design, mould and material, 7 years above work experience; 2.良好的英语沟通能力，英语口语可作为工作语言；
Good English communication capability,oral English can be used as a working language; 3.熟练使用 CATIA，熟悉车灯系统制造工艺，法规要求，材料，结构，功能、性能等相关知 识；
Proficient in using CATIA，and familiar with the manufacturing process, regulatory requirements, materials, structure, function, performance and other related knowledge of the lamp ; 4.独立负责 3 个以上车灯项目的结构设计工作；
Independently lead the mechanical design for more than 3 projects 5.熟悉福特 GPDS 流程. Familiar with Ford GPDS process.
